Ramadan – a month of peace, self control, atonement and iftars. I’m sure many will agree with me when I say that this is my favourite month throughout the year. Not only do we get the chance to sit together on the dinner table with all our family, relatives and friends but also, a perfect time for us all to express gratitude for all that we’ve been blessed with.

Selecting a place to dine out for iftar can be quite a task but worry not, I’ll ease the pain for you. Here, I will list my top 10 choices of restaurants that you can choose from this Ramadan.

1) Rasa Istimewa Restaurant

Located at Choa Chu Kang, Rasa Istimewa Restaurant specializes in Indonesian cuisine. And let me tell you, their seafood dishes are just superb! For less than $10, you get to try dishes that will leave you wanting more.

I’m a fan of everything on the subway menu but the only way I get to taste it is to travel all the way to Malaysia to get a Halal subway. BUTTTT, why travel so far when you have a place to go to enjoy something similar to subway, right?
